At Ulula, Vera leads the design and implementation of programs to monitor human rights impacts in global supply chains, together with partners from the public, private and civil society sectors. She has 10+ years of experience in international work, focusing on community engagement, financial inclusion and education in parts of Asia, Africa, Central and South America.



Eric Dales
Co-Founder & Director, Tamga Designs | Panelist
Eric is an international development professional and social entrepreneur, having spent the majority of his career overseas. Eric and his partner started TAMGA Designs in 2013. Currently a team of three, Tamga Designs is producing garments through an eco-friendly and ethical supply chain in Indonesia.

An environmental economist by trade, Katia was convinced there must be a way to do fashion differently. Based in one of the lands where fast fashion clothing is born, she founded GOOD KRAMA, four years ago in Phnom Penh, Cambodia after being faced with the reality of garment manufacturing.

Associate Director, Global Sourcing, South Pole | Panelist
Esther heads South Pole’s global origination activities of emission reduction projects with a focus on community led nature based solutions. She oversees project acquisition and the structuring and development of new partnerships and environmental products for the Voluntary and different Compliance Carbon Markets.



Kasper Kupperman
Co-founder and Director, The Green Branch | Panelist
While studying economics at the Erasmus University, Kasper and his co-founder, Jacob, set out to create the Green Branch, a company working towards reducing carbon footprints through reforestation and landscape restoration projects.
