Lavinia is an advocate for social & environmental justice. She has more than 10 years of proven experience in the world of ethically driven business with a focus on textiles. Lavinia joined ARMEDANGELS (Social Fashion Company GmbH) as the Corporate Responsibility Manager in late 2017.

FABSCRAP provides convenient pickup and recycling of fabric scraps from businesses in New York City and creates opportunities for reuse. Prior to FABSCRAP, she worked in the Bureau of Recycling and Sustainability at the NYC Department of Sanitation.
Director of Sustainability and Sourcing, Coyuchi
Margot works with Coyuchi’s partners to ensure all the company’s product sustainability standards are met. Since Margot joined Coyuchi, her work has directly contributed to the company’s goal of reaching full circularity, which it achieved in 2020 with the release of The Full Circle Recycled Cotton Blanket & Throw.

Kasper Nossent works for Dyecoo Textile Systems B.V. as their Managing Director for Asia and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. DyeCoo is the world’s first supplier of a commercial and industrial CO2 dyeing process for polyester that is 100% water & chemical free.
Leah Barrett holds a BSc in Textiles and Clothing from Mumbai University and an MA in Sustainability Studies from Trent University. Her research into Canadian fashion firms that practice sustainability, investigated the potential for growth through shared value, and user-centred design. She teaches fashion management and sustainable fashion at George Brown College, School of Fashion and the Fashion Exchange.
