Our New, Fresh, Spring Update

You may have noticed things look a little different for our carbon offsetting solution. After some spring cleaning, we said out with the old and brought in fresh features and redesigns based on your suggestions. From a more minimal design and fresh look to new customization options, we think you’ll love the update.

New Features

Carbon Neutral Order Email

Every time a customer purchases a product from you, they have a positive environmental impact. To help show this, our Carbon Neutral Order Email details everything about the environmental implications of their order, provides project details, and more. Now, this email can be adapted to send as your brand after they receive their initial order confirmation. You can now also send emails in your preferred languages and send emails in multiple languages if you have stores in different countries. All you have to do is get in touch and we can set this up for you.

GDPR Compatibility in Europe

GreenStory has complete GDPR compatibility for all European stores. You can decide whether carbon neutral emails are considered transactional emails or marketing emails and accordingly, emails can be sent based on customer marketing email opt-in status. 

Through SimpliZero, our carbon-offsetting initiative, customers can now see their cumulative offsets to date. In the Carbon Neutral Order Email (see below), they can click to create a profile that will log their purchases. This means that every time they make a carbon neutral purchase, it will be added to their SimpliZero profile, and their total offset contributions will be automatically calculated. This is a great way to show customers their individual environmental contributions when shopping from sustainable brands.

Updated Brand Summary Page

Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Showcase your wins with our updated brand summary page. Embed our ultra minimal lightbox, or set it up as its own page. You can now also display sustainability achievements on this page by unlocking badges for key environmental milestones.

We wanted to spruce things up a little. All consumer-facing brand assets now have a minimal, clean design to fit seamlessly onto your brand’s website. You can also customize font-family, accent colours, and access multilingual options.
